Notre client, une entreprise indépendante spécialisée dans la gouvernance pour le secteur financier, propose des services de gestion et de conformité pour des sociétés extérieures. Située en plein centre-ville, cette société cherche à agrandir son équipe de trente collaborateurs dans un environnement à la fois humain et entrepreneurial.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - Vos missions**:
- Accompagner les clients dans le respect de leurs obligations réglementaires quotidiennes, en leur fournissant des conseils et en les guidant à travers les diverses régulations.
- Assister dans les processus de due diligence, afin de garantir une conformité totale avec les exigences légales.
- Superviser l'équipe des assistants conformité pour assurer la bonne gestion des tâches au sein du département.
- Élaborer des rapports sur la conformité et réaliser des évaluations de risques pour les clients.
- Maintenir et développer les politiques et procédures internes relatives à la conformité.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - Profil recherché**:
- Diplôme en droit des affaires, administration des affaires, finance ou économie.
- Connaissance du secteur des fonds, tant traditionnels qu'alternatifs.
- Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais ; la connaissance d'autres langues européennes, telles que le français ou l'allemand, constitue un plus.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conformité financière, de préférence acquise au Luxembourg.
- Compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
