- **Transfer Agent for Fund Events team.**

**Your role**:

- As part of the Transfer Agent unit and more specifically the Fund Events Team, your main role will be to manage Fund Events and Fund of Fund activities (Dividend, affidavit, merge, side pocket, distribution, front end load, performance fee calculation) on UCI shares.- Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending out confirmations and reporting (on fund flows) to promoters, distributors and other fund intermediaries.
- Understanding and booking corporate actions (issues, splits, mergers, liquidations, etc.).
- Responding to different requests from clients (inside and outside the Group) to guarantee that a quality service is provided that meets the requirements of demanding clients.
- Managing client commissions for in-house and third-party funds.
- Performance fee set up and calculation

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience:
- University degree (min BAC +3), specializing in Economics or Finance, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Specific knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of fund administration and transfer-agent processes.
- Experience of managing special funds with periodic NAV calculation and weekly, monthly, quarterly subscription/redemption schedules, cut-off dates, etc.
- Knowldegde of Multifonds software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of advanced features of MS Excel. VBA/macros will be considered an advantage

Language skills:
- French and English are both mandatory

Personal qualities:
- Extremely rigorous in checking, sending, confirming and monitoring orders.
- Flexible and versatility
- Resistant to stress.
- Enthusiastic and able to show initiative in solving problems.
- An enquiring mind and an ability to learn new things quickly.
