**Vos missions**:

- Evaluer les besoins du patient dans les domaines : médico-soignant, psychologique, social, familial et professionnel dès l’annonce du diagnostic et contribuer à sa satisfaction
- Organiser, planifier et coordonner l’implémentation des différentes phases du parcours thérapeutique de la personne atteinte d’un cancer, en concertation avec le corps médical
- Être la personne soignante de référence pour le patient, ses proches ainsi que pour les professionnels de la santé hospitaliers et extrahospitaliers
- Organiser des réunions pluridisciplinaires cancer (RCP)

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme d’infirmier(ère), ou d’infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) spécialisé(e)
- Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans de domaine de la cancérologie
- Esprit d’équipe, bonnes compétences relationnelles et pédagogiques, sens de l’autonomie, de l’anticipation et de l’initiative, bon esprit d’analyse et sens des responsabilités
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de base (Pack OFFICE)
- La maitrise du luxembourgeois, et/ou allemand et du français est souhaitée. La maîtrise du portugais et de l’anglais sont des atouts
