**Your Responsibilities**|** Banking/Finance - Transactions - Advisory - Lawyer**
- Assist on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending.
- Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, including facility agreements, security documents and ancillary contracts.
- Support partners and senior associates on cross-border transactions, working closely with international teams.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to transactional and regulatory analysis under Luxembourg law.
- Gain exposure to regulatory aspects of banking and financial services (considered a strong asset). Participate actively in deal execution, client calls and internal coordination.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Hands-on exposure to transactional work is essential.
- Good understanding of Luxembourg banking and finance frameworks; regulatory knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Motivated, reliable and keen to develop within a high-standard international setting.
