**Associate Litigation - International Cases, Skills Development**

We are introducing you to a boutique-style international law firm with the reach of major cross-border matters and the warmth of a close-knit team.

This Benelux-based practice, known for its modern offices and collaborative culture, is looking to welcome a new Associate to its thriving Litigation department in Luxembourg. With around sixty professionals on site, the firm combines technical excellence on high-profile, often multi-jurisdictional cases with a genuine emphasis on well-being and work-life balance.

From the outset, you will work closely with partners on the strategic direction of cases while benefiting from an established program of both internal and external training.

As the office continues to expand, there are real opportunities to progress to Senior Associate, Counsel and even Partner.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Attorney - Law - Associate - Regulatory - Law firm**
- **Manage** an increasing portfolio of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual claims, liability matters, shareholder conflicts, injunctions, and urgent proceedings.
- ** Draft** summons, pleadings, court submissions, legal opinions, and correspondence with opposing counsel.
- ** Represent** clients before Luxembourg courts in French and/or English under the guidance of a specialised partner.
- ** Coordinate** with Corporate, Banking & Finance, and Tax teams on litigation cases with cross-border elements.
- ** Monitor** international case law and legal developments to identify impacts on the firm’s litigation practice.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Attorney - Law - Associate - Regulatory - Law firm**
- You have **2 to 4 years** of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation in Luxembourg, gained within a law firm in **Luxembourg**.
- You are admitted (or eligible for admission) to **List I or IV of the Luxembourg Bar**.
- Fluency in **French** and **English** is essential; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- To be efficient at this position, you have **strong drafting skills**, analytical thinking, and client-focused approach.
- To be in line with the law firm’s culture, you are **motivated to grow** in an international environment where training and mentorship are a priority.

- You will earn a salary up to **€80 000 gross/year** and a discretionary bonus.
