Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Business Support Officer**

Permanent Contract (F/M)

The Business Support Officer is part of the Markets & Surveillance team. The BSO is critical in bridging administrative tasks with operational priorities providing dedicated support in key administrative and sales areas, facilitating enhanced productivity and better time allocation for M&S sales team. The position as BSO will provide sales support to Market Data, LGX Data and Trading Membership sales.

Tasks/Missions
- Actively identify and generate new leads for potential members and data clients, focusing on prospects in hard-to-abate sectors
- Conduct cold calls and other lead generation activities to expand business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
- Assist in the planning and organisation of business trips and client meetings
- Manage and update contact lists and customer databases
- Contract management and recover invoices
- Work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across departments
- Actively prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in line with the organisation’s business reporting requirements, including reporting to senior management

Profile
- University Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good client service skills with a proactive approach, ready to take ownership of issues as they arise
- Talent to summarize and present work succinctly and accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- A team player, with strong interpersonal skills
