**Job Description**:
As a Sales Support Officer, you will work closely with the Luxembourg commercial team, providing high quality support and facilitating all commercial activities. You’ll be the go-to person for the commercial team to ensure successful conversion of business.

You will be responsible of the following tasks:

- Follow up on prospection activities, sales leads and inquiries
- Coordinate the planning and preparation of commercial pitches and follow-up on the action plan and next steps
- Assist the commercial team with ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Perform data analysis on the various aspects of the commercial activity
- Liaise with the various departments within the group to coordinate commercial activities
- Assist in preparing sales dashboards, key account reviews and win/loss analysis
- Coordinate competitive and regulatory watch initiatives as well as specific market research
- Ensure all sales activity is well recorded in CRM system and support the sales team to ensure data quality and compliance with the system standards
- Proactively manage conference planning, organise attendance, collect feedback and prepare KPIs
- Support the Marketing team in the organisation of key sponsored conferences and events

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated in Business administration or similar
- 2-3 years of previous experience in administrative or support role preferably in a commercial department, ideally within the financial services sector
- Experience with an intermediate / advance knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Outlook/Word/Excel) is essential.
- Experience in a CRM system.
- Fluent in English. Any other language will be considered an asset.
