Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Market Intelligence & Business Support Officer**

24 months fixed-term contract (F/M)

Tasks/Missions
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and make sure travel arrangements are properly handled
- Manage and update contact lists and customer databases
- Recover invoices and participate in KYC processing
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
- Perform general office duties
- Provide support to other departments and staff as required

Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
- At ease while interfacing with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other spoken or written language is highly welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize
