Your role & work environment
Within ING Wholesale Banking Luxembourg, there is an opening for a WB Business Support Officer position.
Your key responsibilities:
- You organize and facilitate management meetings, taking ownership of the agenda and ensuring accurate meeting minutes are recorded and stored.
- You are responsible for coordinating activities related to Townhalls, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- You support WB teams and drive a variety of transversal projects
- You act as a linking pin with various business units and departments, to enable effective and efficient operations
- You manage visits from our Headquarters, providing logístical support and ensuring a smooth experience for visiting executives.
- You support the Governance advisor in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Furthermore, you have:
- University graduate with a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems, form opinions, and drive informed decision-making.
