**We are seeking an**
**Employee Services Specialist**
Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success.
Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.
**What you will be working on**
**Contract and documents preparation**
- Prepare employment contracts and addendums (part-time, suspension,...), work certificates, parental leaves requests, reference checks and other documents to be issued by the HR department,
- Prepare new hires' files and follow up of employment contracts edition and signature,
- Prepare leaving packages in collaboration with the Payroll team,
**Onboarding**
- Act as an instructor during bi-monthly onboarding welcome covering HR administration,
**Data and Absence Management**
- Record and update the HRIS on a daily basis,
- Ensure both manual and computerized HR records are kept up to date,
- Perform quality checks for absence records for all employees: days off, overtime, sickness leave,
- Liaise with Payroll Team on various topics and particularly on absence refunds from the State (Mutualité, CIF, etc.),
- Participate to projects and HRIS's 's testing on a punctual basis,
**People support/advice/administration**
- Assist employees on their administrative tasks, by answering questions and requests
- Assist Business Partners on specific administrative HR queries and topics.
- Check newcomers datas and launch related workflows
**What we look for**
- You hold a Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration,
- Justify with a significant experience in a Human Resources role or in administration dealing with various aspects of Human Resources administration,
- Has a good knowledge of the Luxembourgish labor law and social security,
- Manage the MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Have good organizational and adaptation skills,
- Shows excellent communication skills with the ability to make the information accessible to a large audience,
- Is a good team player,
- Is fluent in English, French and German will be a real asset for this role.
