Attached to the Managed Services division and within a team of Client Delivery Managers, you participate in the implementation of Process Management solution integration projects.

**Working at NTT**

Within the “Managed Services” division, the Client Delivery Managers are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts. These clients require service delivery for more than one NTT Business Units and are often complex by nature and are typically across multiple sites or for multiple NTT service offerings.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:
To enable Client Delivery Managers to carry out these missions, the Assistant Process Manager
- Assists them in the definition, creation and production of indicators through BO / Excel reporting tools.
- Conduct ad hoc analyzes to explain published indicators and variations.
- Produced PowerPoint presentations/media for internal entities.
- Follows action plans and ensures communication / follow-ups with the actors.
- Assists them in the drafting of procedures, their deployment and communication around them.
- Updates documents and communication tools concerning the processes (intranet pages, presentations, triptychs...)
- Contributes to the organization of process community meetings.
