**Job description**:
We are looking for a **Service Delivery Manager** speaking **French & English.**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Oversee Service Level negotiations and definitions with 3rd party vendors
- Monitor, measure, and report vendors performance according to defined SLAs and KPIs
- Liaise and track open issues with vendors/providers and internal IT regarding service quality
- Provide assistance on overall IT relative issues like Budget/ Steering Committee preparations and generic high level reporting as necessary
- BIA maintenance together with Risk department Backup of Change Manager role

**Job requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English & French
- Technical Skills
- ** ITIL Processes**, **ITIL certifications** is a plus
- Experience in **creation & analysing RFPs** is considered as advantage
- Soft Skills
- Responsive, organized, dynamic
- Autonomy
