Are you the hands-on HR manager we are looking forward to welcoming in our small and dynamic HR department? Your role will entail the development, management and execution of key HR processes and projects with focus on ESG strategy.

Your mission

As

HR manager (M/F)

**You will**:
Oversee the key HR processes and take an active part in budgeting, payroll and benefits
Take the lead on implementing and developing HR initiatives together with the Chief People Officer and in line with the company strategy
Track, analyse and provide key insight regarding employment law and regulations, to create relevant policies and procedures
Prepare and submit reports to the relevant authorities
Handle all HR aspects of external and internal audits as well as due diligence and other compliance requests
Manage, support and share knowledge and best practices with a well-versed, professional and autonomous team
