Mileway is looking for a talented **Corporate Officer** to become part of the Mileway Legal and Compliance team to manage the portfolio of Mileway companies. The team is mainly based in **Luxembourg**and responsible for Mileway’s corporate secretarial activities. The team interacts with a wide range of internal and external business partners across 12 jurisdictions. This role involves managing legal and corporate requirements. In this role you will report to the senior corporate officers and ultimately to the Company Secretary.

**What you’ll do**
- Managing the day-to-day corporate activities of your own portfolio of around 150 entities from handover after deals closed until disposal.
- Convening meetings and drafting corporate documents such as minutes, resolutions, standard agreements.
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders including accounting, treasury and tax teams and external service providers and advisors.
- Supervising the work of team junior corporate officer and the legal administrator
- Ensuring proper filing of corporate documents in our documents database.
- Organising corporate filings and order of register excerpts with relevant registers.
- Assisting with ad-hoc queries about Legal and Compliance team activities and special projects.
- Assisting and supporting global projects including new system implementations and process enhancements.

**What you’ll bring**
- You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 3 years’ experience with a law firm or in the legal or corporate department of a fiduciary.
- Your willingness to take direction, ask questions and learn on the job.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
