Our client is an international law firm with more than 40 offices worldwide and implemented for more than 30 years in Luxembourg. Expert in their field, their reputation makes them a renowned firm which continue to evolve every year.
Select has been mandated to recruit a Risk and Compliance Legal Expert. You will be directly involved in the development of risk and compliance strategies.
**Job description**
Attached to the Risk & Compliance department, you will take part in the decisions and will act as a key role in the development of new policies. Reporting directly to the Head Of Department, your tasks will include the following:
- Create and update internal policies and procedures;
- Oversee the work of the Risk and Compliance team (composed by two analysts);
- Make people aware of Risk and train the team on Legal and Compliance matters;
- Legal watch.
**Profile**
- You hold a Bachelor in law or equivalent;
- You have 4-6 years’ experience in Risk and/or Compliance (ideally in finance, Big 4 or law firm);
- You speak English and French fluently and have good written skills in both languages;
- You are dynamic and proactive;
- You are a team player.
