**Lux-Advisory** est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé en gestion de projets et organisation. Nos consultants
interviennent sur des projets à très forte valeur ajoutée dans des contextes internationaux. Dans le
cadre de notre développement nous recherchons un(e) **Business Analyst.**

**Mission**
Au sein de la division « Business Analysis & Testing », la mission consiste à:

- Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs afin de trouver des solutions adaptées à leurs attentes
- Organiser des ateliers avec les utilisateurs clés
- Préconiser des améliorations en termes de processus et/ou de solutions logicielles
- Elaborer la solution en collaboration avec les acteurs du projet
- Définir la stratégie de test, de l'élaboration du plan de test jusqu'à l'exécution des cas de tests
- Supporter l’exécution des tests et rédiger des rapports de synthèse et tableaux de bord

**Profil**
Diplôme:

- Diplôme universitaire (Bac+3/+5) en informatique, en sciences économiques/gestion avec

option informatique ou autres
Expérience:

- Expérience professionnelle de 1 an minimum

Compétences théoriques:

- Expérience avérée dans l'analyse fonctionnelle et/ou le testing
- Connaissance de méthodologies de gestion de projet (Scrum)
- Connaissance de méthodologies d’analyse fonctionnelle
- Connaissance de stratégies de testing

Les compétences techniques:

- JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, SQL

Profil recherché:

- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe
- Proactif, rigoureux et méthodique
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse et de communication

Langues:

- Les langues française et anglaise sont exigées au niveau B1 minimum, la langue

luxembourgeoise constitue un atout
