Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
**Payroll Officer**:
**Your role**:
- Prepare, collect and verify monthly payroll inputs;
- Verify data in HRIS tool is up to date in connection with compensation and benefit data;
- Review payroll reports and payslips for accuracy before distribution;
- Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions;
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with payroll-related documentation;
- Support to respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits;
- Support to coordinate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies;
- Help prepare internal payroll summaries and reports for management;
- Support and control of the compensation review process;
- Data quality checks in the HR tool;
- Support to the HR reporting;
- Data quality checks.
**Your profile**:
- You are graduated in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources (higher education courses, Bac+3/Bac+4);
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Luxembourg in a similar position;
- You are recognized for your rigour and organization and have great analytical and synthesis skills;
- You are proactive and have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
- You speak French and have a good command of English. German would be considered an asset;
- You have a very good command of IT tools (MS Office and more particularly Excel).
