We are looking for someone dynamic who will integrate into a newly established team. While working independently, you will be a team player, support and contribute ideas and assist to run new projects with a focus on looking at potential ways to automate part of our work. You are passionate about data, business intelligence and have good knowledge about the funds industry.

**The team**

The team acts in a capacity of support to the management team and the departments within Luxembourg, but also oversees and supports EMEA offices. The team offers specialized services to support internal functions, advance the business and contribute to our overall mission and goals.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the management team in Luxembourg in providing relevant Management Information (e.g. KPIs) and focusing on the efficient functioning of the Management Company and its branches;
- Advise on improvements for use of data and processes across the organisation;
- Run Senior Management Team meeting that covers variety of topics, depending on the needs;
- Provide local support to the business to manage the relationships with the company’s key providers;
- Coordinate the external parternships of the company;
- Collaborate closely with other departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team within Schroders in Luxembourg and abroad;
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Minimum 5 year-experience in the Funds Industry, preferably within Asset Management environment;
- University degree level background in Business Management, Finance, Economics;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to liaise with senior management, peers and other team members;
- Excellent relationship building skills and strong management of stakeholders and their issues including timely escalation;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent analytical skills, with high sensitivity to details and quality;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Committed team player with ability to work as part of a global team as well as autonomously;
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and deliver results within given tight deadlines;

- Experience in reporting and development of Management Information;
- Pro-active and with a problem solving mind;
