The role

We are looking for a dynamic ManCo Operations Analyst to join an international team of professionals in our Luxembourg office on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working alongside our global offices and in frequent communication with international teams so both teamwork and communication skills will be paramount.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for fund administration, investment management, and reporting.
- Manage, process, and reconcile investment data.
- Monitor transaction processing (trade confirmations, invoice payments..).
- Prepare internal reports and assist with financial documentation.
- Identify operational risks and help implement solutions for process improvements.
- Assist in the automation of operational tasks and reporting using advanced VBA and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Personal Qualities required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in an _operational or administrative role in financial services._
- Excellent analytical and communications skills, excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities.
- Very organized.
- Self-starter, motivated and takes ownership over work product.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep expertise in VBA for automating processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, and German or other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in an internal culture that points to innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship.
- Team player capable of working effectively with various business partners and senior stakeholders. International mindset.
- Operate with high level of integrity and risk awareness.
