For one its subsidiaries (LEVeL), Governance Management SA is looking for an **experienced Risk Management & Oversight Officer** to support its team in its relations with clients. LEVeL is a team of eight dynamic people providing to its clients expert advice and solutions in investment funds industry.
**Your main missions**:
**_Risk Management of the Management Company (AIFM) and the Funds:_**
- to provide advice to the Board regarding the risk profile to determine and monitor;
- to implement the Risk Management Policy and the Risk Management Process and procedures;
- to ensure that there are appropriate liquidity management systems and procedures;
- to identify and report limits that are exceeded;
- to provide regular updates and reports to the Board and Management Committee;
- to process and monitor any remedial measures in collaboration with all relevant persons.

Responsible for Monitoring of the delegates: _**
- to implement due diligences questionnaires for initial and ongoing due diligences on counterparties;
- to perform initial due diligences on new counterparties;
- to perform periodic review of delegates based on a multi-year plan for ongoing due diligences.

Responsible of due diligences received from counterparties: _**
- to answer to the various due diligence questionnaires received from the counterparties;
- to provide the counterparties with all the documentation needed for their KYC review
**Your profile**:
- Experience in Risk Management (specific for Alternative Investment Funds will be considered as an advantage);
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or equivalent skills;
- Have excellent MS Office skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (native) and English;
- Have good knowledge of (or capacity to rapidly get acquainted to) Luxembourg and EU business legislation, and regulatory circulars;
- Be efficient and dynamic, thriving on a range of varied demands;
- Ability to work to tight timescales and demonstrate attention to detail;
- Ability to work individually and as an effective team member.
