This is a creation of position. You will be dedicated to the ExCo. Your tasks will be among others to:
Organize board meetings;
Draft agenda, correspondences, reports and Power Point presentations;
Prepare board packs and related documentation;
Minute taken;
Interact with the ExCo;
Remind tasks and deadlines;
Be the first contact person with external stakeholders and clients;
Insure administrative and organizational support to the Directors.

You have a first relevant experience as Corporate Assistant, Paralegal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a law firm or Big4;
You speak English and French fluently ;
You are proactive, autonomous and a team player;
You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
You are discreet.

Permanent contract full time (part-time possible)
