We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Depositary Senior Analyst NAV Oversight to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Perform periodic controls related to AIFM/ManCo, FA and TA Depositary Oversight duties.
- Monitor all exceptions and escalate accordingly;
- Ensure good understanding of the Clients and their specificities;
- Assist in the preparation of reporting requirements for the Board of the Fund; and,
- Assist with administrative tasks within the team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a depositary function or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds (AIFMD, UCITS, CDR 231-2013, CDR 438-2016, CSSF circulars 16/644 and 18/697).
- Very good command of English.
- Experience/exposure to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
- Analytical, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office
