Major Duties :1. Provides Depositary Operation services to larger promoters/ funds and moderately complex funds

2. Has a good technical knowledge of fund regulations

3. Works on own initiative but requires support in completing fund board papers

4. Requires support on technical issues on funds

5. Supports senior analysts and analysts in the section

6. Attends board meetings with Operation¿s Team Leaders/Managers

7. Assists with the testing related to the on-site inspections of the administrators

8. Completes fund NAV reviews

9. Performs investment restriction oversight including update to the breaches registers

10. Fully participates in take on meetings for new clients

11. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

13. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

14. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

15. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

Analytical and problem solving skills are required / preferred

Technical skills / systems knowledge is preferred

Experience :A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.

Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA, Diploma in Mutual Funds) / or studying towards, is preferred
