**Role & Responsibilities**

Your main responsibility as a Valuation Analyst is to assist the Conducting Officer on a wide range of activities for the AIFs under management and the AIFM.

Your duties in this role will include:
**Valuation Review**: Assess and validate the valuations of Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure investments using widely accepted valuation techniques, specifically within fund structures.

**Coordination**: Work closely with fund administration teams and external appraisers to support consistent and accurate valuations.

**NAV Review**: Participate in the review and approval process for the reported NAVs of AIFs under management, ensuring alignment with best practices.

**Data Analysis and Modelling**: Analyze market data, review key modelling assumptions, and evaluate their adequacy for accurate valuation.

**Valuation Committees**: Support the Senior Analyst in coordinating, preparing, and participating in AIFM valuation committee meetings.

**Process Integrity**: Uphold the highest standards in the valuation process, including methodologies and documentation, to ensure reliability and transparency.

**Ad-Hoc Support**: Undertake additional tasks to promote business growth and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Your Profile**
- Have a degree in Finance, Economics or similar fields from a university or business school
- Preparation for a professional qualification (CFA, CAIA) would be considered an advantage
- Have a first relevant experience as a valuation professional or as an auditor in the fund industry (preferably coming from AIFM, management company or Big Four with experience in alternative investments)
- Good knowledge of valuation techniques for various assets such as private equity and venture capital, senior, junior and convertible debt, as well as related regulations (e.g. AIFMD regulation, IPEV and RICS guidelines)
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
