**Senior Analyst Trustee & Depositary Services (TDS)**
**Primary responsibilities**
The primarily responsibilities of the Senior Analyst TDS are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to:
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment compliance, Income Distribution
- Timely Settlement
- Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets
- This is achieved by performing continuous sample oversight checks on all Fund’s activities and by doing due diligences on Management Companies and all delegates
**Experience and skills**:
ESSENTIAL:
- Educational Program in Fund Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- High level knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- Detail oriented
DESIRABLE:
- German
- Good knowledge of Access
**Working conditions**:
- Team orientated, dynamic with the ability to motivate others
- Good communication and presentation skills
**Languages**:
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- German (nice to have)
