We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Depositary Senior Analyst Investment Restrictions to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Luxembourg.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of administrative and monitoring activities.
- Monitoring of fund portfolios to ensure that funds are in compliance with law, circulars and guidelines.
- Liaise with clients on any investment compliance issue.
- Ensure enquiry and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds and depositary duties (UCITS, MMFs, AIF, CSSF Circulars & FAQ, ALFI guidelines, ESMA).
- Analytical, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a depositary function or equivalent.
- Experience/exposure to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
