Für unsere Unternehmensgruppe emile weber suchen wir eine(n)** Training coordinator** **(m/w/d)**:

Mit über 20 Berufsgruppen in der VEW-Gruppe, angesiedelt in einem äußerst dynamischen Sektor, möchten wir unseren Mitarbeiter*innen stets das nötige Know-How vermitteln, um sich selber und das Unternehmen weiterentwickeln zu können. Dazu verfügen wir über ein Schulungskonzept, für welches wir Sie als Koordinator*in suchen._**

**Aufgabenfeld**
- Erarbeitung neuer Weiterbildungsmodule und -strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen
- Erkennen von Schulungsbedürfnissen einzelner Abteilungen oder Personen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Coaches, sowie Förderstellen (ADEM, Ministerien,etc.)
- Weiterbildung der internen Coaches (Train-the-Trainer)
- Logistische Durchführung der Schulungen (Reservierung der Räumlichkeiten, Material, etc.)
- Administrative Aufgaben wie die Dokumentation vor, während und nach einer Schulung
- Begleitung von Auszubildenden

**Ihr Profil**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Fortbildungen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Förderstellen und externen Unternehmen
- Herausragende pädagogische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Inspiration von Mitarbeitern
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organisierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie teamorientiertes Denken
- Zweisprachig : Französisch und Deutsch
