Main tasks

Ensure the Project is delivered on time, fulfilling the agreed and defined specifications and within the specified budget (along with the support from the Project Manager) (Quality - Time - Budget)

To lead data technical discussions and data and deliverables management aspects of the project from the commercial handover and project preparation, throughout the project execution to the project final delivery and close out.

QA/QC coordination and data flows management from raw to final products and reports. Working (processing and data) flows definition to maximize the project efficiency and the project specifications fulfilment.

The Data Coordinator will support the data processing onboard, will manage the processing in the office and in subcontractors' facilities when applicable.

The Data Coordinator will also oversee the overall data management of the project.

Report on the progress of the project and outstanding topics to the Lead Data Coordinator and Project Manager. Provide the Project Processing Manpower plan to DataLab Department.

**Responsibilities**:

The data coordinator has, amongst others, the following tasks, and responsibilities:

- Advise the Lead Data Coordinator, DataLab Team and Project Manager on data flows to be used in the project and highlight any flow that is not in line with standards.
- Provide the data management plan (manpower forecast, license usage and data storage plan) prior to project start-up in liaison with Lead Data Coordinator, DataLab Team and Project Manager. Provide an overall processing plan for each job Project before field work
- Provide clear instructions to Project Team on processing, GIS/Charting, reporting and deliverables requirements and
- Setup and manage the project data flows
- Coordinate the Project Processing team
- Support the vessel when data/specifications topics are related or could affect the data quality or project
- Follow up the data being produced in the vessels on quality and completeness (through Daily Reports from vessel)
- Coordinate quality checks on offshore processed data when
- Report to the Lead Data Coordinator, DataLab Team and project Manager on the progress of the project (Time vs Quality)
- Monitor working methods and suggest improvements where applicable to ensure process efficiency and constant improvement
- Delivery Management and Follow-up of project deadlines and data
- Ensure clean and structural storage of project data and proper Project close

QHSE - KNOWLEDGE
- Company policies, procedures, and relevant documentation
- Identification & location of QHSE related documentation
- Key elements of hazard identification and risk assessment

QHSE - ABILITY
- Comply with compliance audits and participate in ISO audits when
- Participate in drills, training and any other QHSE employee consultation participatory activities when
- Take reasonable care for the health, safety & environment of themselves & of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work &to observe and follow the relevant systems, rules & methods of working

Authorities
- Data Coordinators are authorized by the Lead Data Coordinator (PMO Department) and operates by project specifications and client request also reporting to the Project
- The Data Coordinator will assign tasks and will plan resources to achieve the project deadlines and

Competences

- Key skills:
Good written and spoken English

High communication and management skills

Average technical knowledge on the industry standards and technical data aspects.
- Job specific:
Advance skills in GIS software and some processing software

Understanding data/processing/reporting flows and Data Project phases of the marine offshore industry depending on the scope.
