Le groupe Voyages Emile Weber compte plus de 20 corps de métier en constante évolution dans un secteur extrêmement dynamique. Ainsi, nous avons à cœur de toujours fournir à nos employés le savoir-faire nécessaire pour pouvoir évoluer personnellement et développer notre société. Dans ce but, nous avons établi un concept de formation pour lequel nous recherchons actuellement un coordinateur._**

**Votre mission**
- Identifier les besoins en formation de chaque département
- Développer de nouveaux modules de formation et de nouvelles stratégies en collaboration avec les différents départements
- Gérer la relation avec les coachs internes et externes, ainsi qu'avec les organismes de financement (ADEM, ministères, etc.)
- Assurer la formation continue des coachs internes (formation des formateurs)
- Mise en œuvre logistique des formations (réservation des locaux, matériel, etc.)
- Réaliser les tâches administratives relatives à la formation telles que la production de documentation avant, pendant et après une formation
- Accompagner les apprentis au sein de la société

**Vos qualités**
- Vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la formation ainsi que dans la collaboration avec des organismes de financement et des entreprises externes
- Vous assimilez rapidement les nouveaux concepts et vous faites preuve d’une grande pédagogie
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, le sens de la communication et une forte capacité à motiver et inspirer les collaborateurs
- Vous êtes organisé, consciencieux et vous savez travailler en autonomie
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingue : français et allemand
