**Data Quality Developer (M/F/x)**

In order to enforce the Data Office, ING Luxembourg is looking for a full time** Data Quality Developer** on an permanent contract.

**Job description**:
Your mission is to **assist the CDO (Chief Data Officer) ensuring that the data of the bank is under governance through one of the key aspects of the data management: the data quality. You’ll ensure that the data quality meets both the regulatory & internal company standards.**

The following activities are expected to be covered:

- Define High Quality Data based on the standards of ING group
- Define a Local Luxembourgish Data Quality Strategy
- Identify critical data and business rules together with data owners
- Perform Data Quality assessments
- Identifiy and prioritize potential improvements
- Develop & deploy data quality operations
- Manage Data Quality rules in the ING LU engine
- Measure & monitor Data quality
- Develop Data Quality reporting
- Raise employee’s awareness around data quality

Subject Matter skills & Requested Experience:_**

Being able to juggle between strategic & operational follow-up is key.
- Relevant Experience in data bases & data warehousing techniques is mandatory;
- Relevant Experience with IBM Datastage ETL (extract transform load) programming language is an absolute must;
- Relevant Experience in SQL is also an absolute must;
- Roll out a data quality framework with a focus on the improvement of data quality, data documentation and the protection of sensitive data;
- Facilitate the development & implementation of the data quality standards;
- Provide progress reports to the CDO on data quality aspects & status reports;
- Help around data governance & data quality for all new & existing initiatives launched within ING Luxembourg;

**_Experience:_**

Proven & relevant experience in the data domain preferably in a financial institution.

Degree:_**

Master degree in (business) engineering or computer science.

A good knowledge of both English & French is a must.
