**Business Training's experience is built on solid ground**: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years. Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).
Business Training is currently looking for a profile meeting the below requirements:
Supports the BI Team on new projects and corrective development requests
Take part in the improvement of the data integration platform
**Responsibilities**:
Design and implement the technical solution (DataFlow, source / target data mapping, data controls, database changes, reports,...)
Support for evolutionary and corrective development requests within the framework of BI reporting by ensuring the quality of deliverables
Conduct business meetings with customers to determine requirements and milestones
Ensure the quality of the delivery by conducting tests (including performance test), troubleshooting and integrating new elements
Deliver solution in a timely manner and ensure continuity of service
Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs
Experience required
Bachelor Degree in Technology, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar job
Knowledge in BI Architecture and Data Warehouse concepts
Good knowledge of Oracle database (SQL & PL/SQL)
Experience in DataFlow design with Oracle Data Integrator
Experience in Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics expertise (pipelines, Sparks, Power BI, etc.)
Experience in report design with Cognos Report Studio or SAP Business Object Web Intelligence
Broad understanding of standards, methodologies and technology necessary to support banking operations
Proficient in building relationships, strong interpersonal
Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential
