**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and develop customized SharePoint sites and intranet portals** that align with business needs, ensuring intuitive navigation, responsive design, and seamless user experience;
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**-including software developers, business analysts, and IT technicians-within agile sprints to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions;
- **Build reusable web components and solutions** using C#,.NET Frameworks, SQL, and JavaScript, with a focus on maintainability and performance;
- **Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services** (e.g., Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and third-party enterprise tools to enhance workflow automation and data accessibility;
- **Optimize data flows and migration processes**, ensuring secure and efficient transfer of legacy content into modern SharePoint environments;
- **Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation**, and adhere to coding best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing
- **Monitor and improve system performance**, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements to boost speed, reliability, and usability

**Criteria**:

- 5+ years in software development, delivering robust and scalable solutions;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SPFx and integration with MS 365;
- Solid working knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic, client-side functionality;
- Skilled in data migration and optimizing business process flows;
- Strong adherence to coding best practices, version control, and technical documentation;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
