**Your next challenge:
- Implement and promote a prudent and sound management of actual and potential risks to support the Management Board in compliance with the strategies, the risk appetite and governance principles laid down by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure that the internal risk objectives and limits are robust and compatible with the regulatory framework, the internal strategies and policies, the activities, the organizational and operational structure of Belair House as well as with the risk appetite framework which defines the level of risk Belair House is willing to take. The Real Estate activities expose Belair House to inherent risks that are typically not in the scope of a financial group as BIL.
- Challenge, advise and assist the business lines in the implementation of risk management measures.
- Ensure that all risks are under control by identifying, measuring, assessing, mitigating and monitoring them on an on-going basis. Risk charters, policies and procedures define the framework for controlling all types of risks by describing the methods and the limits defined, as well as escalation procedures.
- Provide the Management Body (the Board of Directors and the Management Board) and all other relevant stakeholders with a comprehensive, objective and relevant overview of risks.
- Ensure compliance with Real Estate and Family Office regulatory requirements regarding risk management by submitting reports to the supervisory bodies, taking part in regulatory discussions and analysing all new requirements.
- You are also responsible for finance (of which handling of bills; accounting is outsourced to BIL) and corporate tax matters (outsourced to BIL)

**Your skills:
- Master in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent
- Strong proven expertise in Real Estate risk management
- Real Estate expertise obtained through second line of defense, or through front line experience at a Luxembourg based real estate company
- Expertise in multiple Real Estate domains as e.g., intermediation, asset management, MOD, Development
- Successfully followed the Luxembourg House of Training sessions of real estate agent, property management and promotion.
- Other relevant qualifications as e.g., RICS
- Ideally also Compliance experience and expertise
- Fluency in French and English
