Your tasks:
You are driving sales & business development activities, product management and product development of the division based in Luxembourg. You are leading and developing your team members and, with a direct reporting line to the Executive Board of CERATIZIT Group, you oversee the global Hard Materials Business Division P&L - in cooperation with the Director of Global Operations.- Set strategic directions, execute long-term plans, share P&L responsibility and contribute to important decisions (investments, headcount, M&A, footprint, ), jointly with the Director of Operations- Establish and execute sales plans according to the division and group strategic goals; drive sales & product management processes efficiently towards expected operational performance and customer satisfaction- Maintain continuous benchmarking activities and be involved into key customer relationships to strengthen partnership and/or participate into important decision-making steps- Develop specific marketing mix elements for each product group and manage various Product Lifecycle phases; moreover, managing R&D projects in the scope of innovation targets, including new products, materials or technology as well as maintaining a solid innovation roadmap- Participate and contribute to various group initiatives and projects (e.g. sustainability, artificial intelligence)
Your profile:
- Master Degree in Engineering, Economics and/or Business Administration with long term experience in Sales Management within an international environment, preferred in the carbide industry- Strong implementation skills with a proven track record in change management- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English are essential; additional languages such as French and/or German are a significant advantage- Well-developed leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them toards common goal and promoting teamwork and cooperation- Ability to foster a supportive team environment and to address and resolve conflicts in a positive and effective manner
