**TEAM LEAD - CENTRAL SALES ADMINISTRATION (W/M/X)**:

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
We are looking for a result-driven Team lead to be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily workloads of the central sales administrators ‘regional team to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales in line with process and procedures.
The Team Lead strives to provide the utmost of customer care and identifies any possible improvements related to both system, process and customer service.
The Team Lead of the region reports to the CSA Manager of the Division.
**Yours tasks**:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team of sales administrators and his/her customer’s portfolio
- Follow up on Key Performance Indicators
- Maximize Order Income and Sales Turnover
- Execute our Service Level Offering in line with rules & delegation of authority
- Approve system customer creation requests, checks if sales org/ production plant is appropriately defined
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
- Organize and delegate tasks to team members
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team
- Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
- Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
- Strongly collaborate with fellow team leads and CSA Manager of the division
- Escalate service bottlenecks to level of CSA Manager of the division
- Closely collaborate with Ceratizit’s Stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain team Engineering )
- Occasional customer visit in framework of order fulfilment process
- Validate SAP Testing (PSQ) prior to PSP introduction
**PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluency in German and English. French is considered as an asset.
- min. 5 years of demonstrating excellent customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Good knowledge of SAP module SD/MM
- Enjoy leading a team with ambition to managerial type of role
- Excellent verbal and written skillset
- Thrive in a fast-phased changing environment
- Demonstrates high level of service, flexibility, and customer orientation
- Strong team-player, enjoy performing in a matrix organization through cross-functional collaboration
