**_ Payroll senior _**_-_**_Your role_**_:_**
- _ _Set up and manage payroll files in compliance with Luxembourg and foreign legislations._
- _ Advise clients on social security matters, tax declarations, and assist with payroll and HR-Admin queries. _
- _Train and supervise team members on calculation software and legislative aspects. _
- _Liaise with Luxembourg authorities such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, etc. _
- _Manage daily activities of the payroll team, ensuring operational and compliance commitments are met._
**_ Payroll senior _**_-_**_Your profile_**_:_**
- _ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources._
- _ 1 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fiduciary._
- _ Proficiency in payroll software._
- _ Fluent in French and English (knowledge of German is a plus)._
- _ Expert knowledge of Luxembourg social and tax legislation._
- _ Expert knowledge of international payroll and personal taxation._
- _ Ability to manage a team and provide internal and external training._
- _ Customer-oriented with commercial development skills._
