**Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities**:

- Provide expert support and guidance to clients on payroll-related matters and social legislation.
- Oversee the accurate and timely production of monthly payroll for a diverse client portfolio.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including monitoring absences and sick leave.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations by supervising the social secretariat.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll processing and calculations to guarantee smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior payroll team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

**Senior Payroll - Your profile**:

- At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or similar company in Luxembourg.
- Degree in Human Resources or specific training in payroll management.
- Proficiency in German and English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, social security, and contributions.
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
