**Your role**
- Are you solid when you’re juggling a lot of projects and disciplined when delivering on administrative tasks? Do you have strong organizational skills?We’re looking for someone like that, working part time (50%), who can:
- structure and coordinate input to strategic initiatives and projects
- monitor deliverables and deadlines
- provide technical support for litigations and investigations
- monitor costs and help with invoicing
- help prepare presentations for committees
- organize meetings of internal and external working groups and committees
- support Legal Wealth Management in relation to any other type of administrative tasks.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working hands-on with a very international team of enthusiastic lawyers based in Luxembourg, Poland and France and interacting with other functions and locations. Our inhouse lawyers support the Wealth Management and Asset Servicing business, offering to our clients the full range of investment services, products and being one of the largest custodian banks for investment funds in Luxembourg.

**Your expertise**
- You have- a legal secretarial or related degree/training
- a first experience in a similar position in private practice, the financial or consultancy sector
- solid knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry, as well as of the wealth management/private banking and investment fund businesses.

- firm in orthography
- a team player
- detail-oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- independent and initiative-taking with a positive attitude
- fluent in English and ideally also in French and/or German.
