**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Payroll Officer.

About the job

We are opening a brand-new vacancy to support our HR team in the daily payroll treatment.

Our future Payroll Officer is responsible to handle all payroll and some HR tasks for Kronospan employees and workers.

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:

- Support to the HR team by creating, providing and correcting the daily timesheets for workers, entering all other absences like sicknesses and trainings in our internal tool,
- Checking all holiday, recovery and time compensation requests in our internal tool and finalising, correcting or refusing following the procedures and follow-up for workers on their physical holiday card,
- Monthly Payroll by using our payroll tool with entering Sicknesses, monthly and extraordinary bonuses, change of personal data and corrections from previous months. Monthly payroll by checking all hours, overtime and holiday balances from workers.
- Maintaining and updating data files
- Creation of Certificates and Attest

**Profil**:
You are wondering how you can join us?

- A strong and successful previous experience in a similar position (payroll),
- HR education background,
- Excellent command of French and English, German is a serious plus.

Then, to join our HR team, you must be:

- A easy-to-work-with person,
- Serious and devoted,
- Details-oriented person with a high ability to communicate.

Last but not least, you are a chocolate lover, passionate about croissant-based breakfasts.
