IF Payroll & HR is a payroll expert with over 50 years of experience on the Luxembourgish market.Our team is made up of around 50 employees. 70% of us is exclusively dedicated to the monthly operational follow up of our clients' payroll. We manage locally the payroll and its related services of our 650 clients, which have between 1 and 1.400 employees.
65% of our clients are international and are coming from almost all the business areas represented in Luxembourg (among others: banks, insurance companies, services company, commerce, industrial groups, administration/local authority,...).

Vos principales missions

Vous pilotez les projets IT liés aux activités de la société (interfaces payroll, développements spécifiques, projets d'automatisation) selon les demandes des clients et les besoins opérationnels internes

Vous analysez et estimez la complexité des fonctionnalités à développer

Vous produisez, testez et assurez la maintenance opérationnelle des développements

Vous gérez les incidents relatifs aux fichiers d'automatisation IT

Vous prenez en charge la rédaction des documents ou procédures d'utilisation relatives à vos missions

Vous intervenez en autonomie auprès des partenaires, fournisseurs et des équipes internes

Vous collaborez en direct avec nos Chief Project Officer et Chief Operations Officer et travaillez étroitement avec l'équipe IT en place

Nos attentes

Vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en développement et un diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe

Vous disposez d'une première expérience significative dans le domaine IT / dans les interfaces

Vous êtes expert(e) en langage de programmation.NET

Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel, des macros VBA et de SQL

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et appliqué(e), vous êtes curieux(se) et aimez maintenir à jour vos connaissances en faisant de la veille sur les évolutions, la technologie, les outils, les tendances et les bonnes pratiques liés à notre secteur d'activité

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), proactif(ve), autonome, et vous possédez d'excellentes qualités d'organisation vous permettant de respecter les délais et le cahier des charges des clients et des utilisateurs d'If Payroll

Vous êtes proactif(ve) à l'égard de l'automatisation

Vous êtes capable de résister au stress

Vous êtes attiré(e) par le milieu du payroll et de ses services annexes

Vous appréciez travailler en équipe

Vous vous exprimez en français et en anglais (anglais technique exigé)
