BRINKS Security Luxembourg recherche son ou sa futur(e) Deputy Site Coordinator au sein d’un contrat d’envergure.

**Missions**:
Vous êtes à la recherche d’un poste opérationnel varié, qui allie des taches pluridisciplinaires telles que le management, la logistique, la gestion clientèle ?

Dans le cadre d’un contrat de sécurité d’envergure, vous serez amené à être en contact avec les agents de surveillance et le client, sous l’autorité du Site Coordinator. Vous pourrez développer vos qualités managériales ainsi que relationnelles dans un environnement de travail de qualité.

Il vous incombera d’assurer la parfaite mise en œuvre des directives émises par le client en matière de SECURITY et de SAFETY et de reporter les événements et l’activité de manière quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuel.

Vous pourrez gérer et suivre des projets d’amélioration du contrat et contribuer à la mise en place de nouvelles procédures et actions correctives.

Participer aux décisions en matière de RH et assurer la bonne mise en œuvre de celles-ci.

**Profil**:

- Formation professionnelle dans le domaine de la gestion de la sécurité ou formation similaire ou domaine d'expertise connexe
- Certification SSIAP 2 ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience dans le secteur de la sécurité, ou Service militaire ou policier d'au moins 7 ans (après formation professionnelle)
- Expérience managériale auprès d’une équipe d'agents de sécurité et de sûreté de plus de 50 personnes
- Excellente qualités rédactionnelle et relationnelles. Leadership, diplomatie
- Langues : français, anglais courant. La maîtrise d’une autre langue communautaire constitue un réel atout

**Conditions et rémunération**:

- Contrat à temps plein et à durée indéterminée
- Horaires de travail : après midi et soir
- Rémunération fixe sur 13 mois + Prime mensuelle discrétionnaire non indexée
