Pro Inter Mondorf les Bains recherche, pour l'un de ses clients basé à Luxembourg, un(e) Maintenance Coordinator - Energy Manager.

Poste à pourvoir en CDi avec un démarrage en intéri de minimum 4 mois

Vos missions:
Coordonner le démarrage de tout nouveau contrat ou avenant, en réunissant les intervenants et en s'assurant de la connaissance du contrat (maîtrise du contexte) par les responsables opérationnels

Réaliser les audits 0 (audits techniques) des bâtiments et les rapports d'audits

S’assurer que la liste des équipements est bien conforme à la situation contractuelle

Accompagner les responsables opérationnels dans les revues de risque et de performance

S'assurer que le plan de maintenance est bien conforme au niveau de service requis et aux objectifs fixés

Déceler les problèmes relatifs aux temps moyens (préventif), les interventions correctives récurrentes et valider avec les responsables opérationnels les changements à effectuer

Suivre les dossiers de sous-traitance avec les opérations et le service achats afin de gérer au mieux la relation et la planification au sein de la région

Mettre en place les suivis énergétiques sur les bâtiments

Rédiger les rapports énergétiques

Etre en charge du suivi des consommations énergétiques des bâtiments

Etre responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre des solutions d’optimisation des performances énergétiques

Garantir un contact permanent avec les équipes opérationnelles afin de les prévenir en cas de dérives des consommations

Veiller au bon état de marche et à la bonne utilisation du matériel de comptage et des logiciels associés

Veiller à informer ses collègues des évolutions technologiques liées à son domaine d’activité

Veiller à l'implémentation de la solution Hubgrade sur les sites

Entretenir un contact régulier avec le centre Hubgrade de Bruxelles tant pour leur remonter les informations sur les remédiations effectuées que pour organiser avec eux l'implémentation sur de nouveaux sites

Etre l’interlocuteur de ses clients pour tout type de problèmes, questions ou remarques liés au volet énergétique des contrats
- De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 ou équivalent, orienté dans la technique (HVAC, énergie)
- Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum 2 ans
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et méthodique dans votre travail
- Vous aimez transmettre votre savoir et avez d'excellentes capacités de communication
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Permis et voiture indispensable
