Join Salonkee’s Customer Success Department and play a key role in keeping our salon partners engaged and ensuring they see value in our platform.

We’re looking for a Customer Retention Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, proactive engagement, and customer relationships. You’ll handle churn requests, identify at-risk accounts, and contribute to re-engagement efforts to improve retention and salon satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage churn requests, engage with at-risk salons, and explore retention opportunities.
- Monitor salon usage trends and support re-engagement efforts for inactive accounts.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide targeted support.
- Analyze churn reasons and usage patterns to improve retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance internal processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in: Dutch and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, retention, or account management.
- Proven track record in handling objections and negotiating persuasively.
- Experience analyzing customer data, usage patterns, and retention trends.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
