Technical Documentation Agent

For our department _Planning & Technical Documentation_**within **LuxairAirlines**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Technical Documentation Agent (M/F/x)_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Be in charge of the internal and external technical documentation in Technics by
- regularly monitoring aircraft engines, propeller & components manufacturers website to insure the company receives all applicable documentation in accordance with current internal regulations in force;
- collecting the applicable documentation in paper or electronic version;
- registering the applicable documentation in the database used in Technics
- distributing the documentation within Technics for evaluation
- updating electronic and paper manuals, and documentation, in accordance with current internal regulations in force
- Be the key contact for internal and external documentation in Technics;
- Support the Engineering department in administrating the documentation error system
- Collect fleet technical data from the Line and Base maintenance
- Verify if document correctly completed, record and update the fleet technical data in the appropriate database according to current internal regulations in force
- File and prepare the fleet technical data for archiving according to current internal régulations in force
- Report relevant information to Engineering and Planning department
- Distribute specific maintenance forms to Line maintenance
- Provide an administrative support in the scope of their activity
**_Required profile:_**
**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Be holder of a secondary school degree “BAC” or equivalent
- Be task oriented and organized
- Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
- Be able to work independently
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels inside and outside the company
- Understand the applicable procedures related to the function
- Provide a basic technical knowledge
- Keep the confidentiality of the data
**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Show expertise in technical data and documentation management
- Show user skills in the tools used in the department
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
