- We are currently looking for _**_a Executive Assistant_**_ on_**_ behalf of one of our clients based in Luxembourg_**_,_**

**_YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- As an Executive Assistant and key member of the Corporate Administration team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of executive and administrative operations. You will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO while providing high-level organizational support to senior leadership._
- Coordinating complex calendars and ensuring a smooth flow of information to senior executives
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Welcoming visitors, identifying the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate contact or location
- Filing required documentation with the Luxembourg Business Registers
- Liaising with external regulators and advisors (e.g., auditors) and ensuring effective communication with relevant internal departments
- Proofreading and formatting company documentation
- Organising Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required

**Your profile**
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage strict deadlines with precision
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and find practical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the banking sector
Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial sector is considered a strong asset
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
