**Description**
Interactions within the team:
- Direct reporting to Team Manager;
- Ensure production planning in accordance with the objectives and schedule established by the Team Manager;
- Achieve performance indicators such as publication of annual accounts, filing of tax returns, and collection of receivables;
- Accomplish weekly tasks defined by the Team Manager;
- Train and mentor new employees;
- Maintain optimal communication with management, clients, intermediaries and public administrations.
Customer Relations:
- Prepare and present service offers based on a good understanding of the client's expectations, needs and objectives of the relationship;
- Draft all necessary service contracts between the client and W-Conseil;
- Ensure the acceptance of new clients in accordance with procedures;
- Coordinate the constitution of the company (draft statutes, administrative formalities,...);
- Interact with third parties such as advisors, banks, notaries, authorities and public administration
Follow up and update the client database;
- Handle all legal aspects of the companies, such as, Board of Directors, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies, including filings with the Commercial Registry;
- Coordinate the transfer of files to the accounting team and supervise the production of annual accounts by ensuring optimal communication with the technical teams;
- Verify the tax situation of the clients and coordinate the necessary actions with the tax advisors
Prepare corporate tax returns;
- Plan, prepare and carry out the work in compliance with legal, quality and efficiency criteria;
- Review, follow up and validate clients' files in terms of annual accounts, tax returns (direct and indirect) and legal and compliance aspects;
- Identify and analyze the needs and difficulties of clients in order to advise a solution;
- Write invoicing proposals with the Team Manager and the Director.
**Profile**
- Bilingual French/English required. Any other language will be considered an asset;
- Good knowledge of accounting, tax and company law in Luxembourg, as well as anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing rules;
- Minimum of 3 years of higher education in law, business administration, management, economics or finance;
- Proven experience of at least three years in finance, accounting, tax services or a similar function within a fiduciary.
