As a Senior Corporate Officer in this PSF, you will work closely with some of the greatest talents in the legal field as this structure regroups only the most qualified people in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PSF

You handle the day to day legal/corporate life for a portfolio of PE/RE Funds from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.

You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements.

You are responsible for handling communications with third parties (banks, auditors, administrations) as well as with your clients.

You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and may be asked to assist.

You will be the first point of contact for a junior corporate officer and are happy to provide assistance when necessary.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PSF

You have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate/legal officer and would consider yourself to be autonomous in handling a portfolio.

Fluency in English is mandatory as you will work in an English speaking environment and will be surrounded with people coming from all over the world.

You have a good understanding of the fund industry in Luxembourg and the applicable legislation.

You are experienced on Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds and want to handle these type of clients for the future.

Your gross annual salary can reach € 67.000 depending on your experience and skill set.
