Today, the Group operates **9 establishments** located in **Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette, Dudelange, Grevenmacher, and Mertert**.

To continue this great adventure and strengthen our growth, we are looking for **motivated talents (M/F)** ready to join our big family of more than 270 employees as:
**Bar Manager (M/F)**:
Under the direct supervision of the **Restaurant Manager**, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring high-quality service and an outstanding guest experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the bar’s daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
- Create, develop, and update the beverage and cocktail menu
- Ensure consistent quality of products, recipes, and service
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Monitor costs and optimize the bar’s profitability
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the guest experience

**Profile required**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and soft drinks
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- **Fluent English is mandatory**

**Bar Manager (h/f)**:
Sous la responsabilité directe du **Restaurant Manager**, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement du bar, de la qualité du service et de l’expérience client.

**Missions principales**:

- Gérer et organiser l’activité quotidienne du bar
- Encadrer, former et motiver l’équipe du bar
- Élaborer et mettre à jour la carte des boissons et cocktails
- Garantir la qualité des produits, des recettes et du service
- Assurer la gestion des stocks, commandes et inventaires
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Contrôler les coûts, optimiser la rentabilité du bar
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Restaurant Manager et les équipes de salle et cuisine
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience confirmée en tant que Bar Manager ou Chef Barman
- Excellentes compétences en management d’équipe
- Bonne connaissance des cocktails, spiritueux, vins et softs
- Sens du service client et excellent relationnel
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- **La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire**
