For our department _Project Management Team_**within **General Services**, we are looking for a (an): **_Business Analyst - Accounting & SAP (M/F/x)_** **_Main duties:_** Are you a curious and solution-driven professional with a strong foundation in accounting processes and SAP ECC? Are you passionate about bridging business needs with IT capabilities to deliver meaningful impact? Then this opportunity is for you. At Luxair, we’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to strengthen our IT team, working closely with our Finance and Controlling departments. You'll support transformational initiatives across the enterprise, acting as a key partner between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our systems reflect and enhance operational needs. What you’ll do In this impactful role, you will: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements. - Lead analysis and process mapping from "As-is" to "To-be" to support transformation and decision-making. - Work hands-on with SAP ECC, especially FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules, ensuring that business requirements align with system capabilities and interface design. - Evaluate vendor solutions, draft functional specifications, and contribute to functional design and testing. **_ Required profile:_** What makes you a great fit - You hold a degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or similar. - You hold a certification in business process modelling (e.g. PMI-PBA®, BPMN) You bring 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally with a focus on SAP FI/CO modules and accounting processes. - You’ve successfully contributed to large-scale IT and ERP projects with measurable business impact. - You’re comfortable navigating both the business and technical worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - You’re fluent in English; French is a plus.
