**Contexte**
Le projet a pour objectif la mise en place et le déploiement opérationnel d’une solution logiciel couvrant l’ensemble des activités de l’actif : besoins référentiels, gestion des mandats, contrôles et politique d’investissement, gestion du carnet d’ordre, valorisation, etc.. ; et est un prérequis pour la mise en place d’une comptabilité de fonds.
Le client a sélectionné la solution logiciel JUMP Life.
Afin de mener le projet d’intégration de ce progiciel dans son SI et son déploiement auprès des Métiers, le client recherche un/une Business Analyste Senior avec expérience avérée dans la conduite de tests (unitaire/bout en bout/ recette) pour renforcer son équipe projet.
**Responsabilités**
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de tests et contribuer à la recette utilisateur
- Assurer la rédaction des dossiers de tests fonctionnels
- Organiser les différentes phases de tests (environnements, outils, données, )
- Assurer la réalisation des tests d'acceptation fonctionnels et analyse des résultats obtenus
- Contribuer à la coordination de la recette métier
- Assurer la production des différents livrables telle que défini par la méthodologie
- Contribuer aux analyses fonctionnelles
- Contribuer aux analyses des outils de migration et de bascule
- Contribuer aux plans de change management

- Stratégie de tests
- Cas de tests, résultats des tests, suivi des anomalies, reporting
- Dossier d’analyse et tout livrables projet
**Profil**
- Connaissance de l’Assurance Vie Luxembourgeoise
- Connaissance des outils de Gestion d’Actif (Idéalement Jump Life)
- Connaissance des Normes & Processus : Référentiel (titres, fonds,..) / Passage d’ordres / valorisation / Comptabilité générale
- Expérience dans la mise en place de solution progiciel en particulier définition et exécution de campagne de tests
- Français courant
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle, flexibilité, rigueur, prise d'initiative et force de proposition, Relationnel aisé et orientation du client, Capacité à animer une réunion, une formation
- Capacité à comprendre, expliquer et conduire le changement, doté(e) d’un esprit critique et analytique, de capacités décisionnelles et de synthèse. Autonomie
